Store Policies


All the information you enter is confidential and will only be used to ship your order. The shipping time varies if the product you ordered is a part of stock or it is a custom order (consider production times).

It takes me 1 to 2 business days to process each order.  

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.


Gabiscuits does not make personal deliveries, we use third party services (courier and parcel companies). It may happen that there are delays in deliveries and more in extended areas beyond the control of Gabiscuits and Ana Gaby Montiel, delays that are not the responsibility of this store if not the parcel and we can not offer any compensation.

If your package has not arrived in the estimated time, check with the corresponding company through which your order was dispatched and then contact with the tracking number of your order and your order number.

In case of loss of your package, the client and Gabiscuits must complete the claim process as loss  raising report. Once the process is completed, Gabiscuits will send the replacement package again and in case of requesting a refund, it will be credited to the customer's account.

The customer is responsible for tracking their package, in case the package is returned due to incorrect information in the guide or missing information, the customer must pay for the new shipment.  

Remember to enter your complete information to place your order:

Recipient data (name and surname, company name, etc.) Address (type of road, name of the road, number, floor, staircase, etc.) Municipality, town  o Mayor's Office, State Zip Code.

Province and country (this last data only in international shipments and it is preferable in capital letters).

Returns and Refunds

All purchases are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges, before buying make sure you read the information of each product.



In case the order you received is different from the one you ordered, it has arrived in bad condition, the name is wrong or the package has been lost. In this case, write to me at to help you. 

All items are guaranteed for 7 days upon receipt in case of manufacturing defects.

It is not applicable in case of:

1. Articles with obvious signs of use and / or present intentional alterations
2. Any item that is not in its original condition, parts damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
3. Any item that is attempted to be returned after 30 days after delivery

4. Personalized products in case you are unsatisfied with the design previously shown in photos before shipment.

Returns and returns:

The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return their item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the buyer ships an item back, they should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I do not guarantee that I will receive your returned item in any other way.
